Hi, I’m Erika

I’m the ceramic artist behind Erika Ceramics. I make small-batch pottery from my home studio in Pensacola, Florida. I focus on simple, elegant designs meant to be both functional and beautiful. My pieces are designed to be a part of everyday life, quietly present in your morning coffee, your evening wind-down, and moments shared with others.

When I’m not in my studio, you’ll find me sipping matcha, spending time with my husband and our two cats, Rooney and Otis, or gathered with friends. I cherish slow moments, shared meals, and conversations over a bottle of wine. I also teach an intro to wheel class at First City Art Center, sharing the joy of making with others is something I feel deeply grateful to get to do.

Erika Ceramics grew from my own search to slow down and find joy in the present moment. There’s something truly special about handmade pieces. The time, care, and intention poured into each one have a quiet way of grounding us, turning even the simplest routines into something meaningful.
